Withdrawal instructions
Your rights when buying at a distance under Act No. 108/2024 Coll.
Withdraw from the contract1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take possession of the goods. Where goods are delivered in parts, the period runs from receipt of the last part.
2. How to exercise it
To exercise this right you must inform us by an unequivocal statement. The simplest way is the online form on this page — we confirm receipt by email without delay. You may also email or write to us, or use the model form below. The deadline is met if you send your communication before the period expires.
3. Effects of withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees. If you chose a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery, we will not reimburse the additional cost. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent them.
4. Returning the goods
Send back or hand over the goods no later than 14 days from the day you withdraw. The deadline is met if you send the goods before that period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
5. Diminished value
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may test the goods as you would in a shop.
6. When the right does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, nor to digital content whose supply began with your express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. It is not mandatory — an unequivocal statement by email or the online form is enough.
