Barbell Banded Back Squat

How to do it

  1. 1Set a barbell on your upper back and loop bands from the floor to the bar's sleeves.
  2. 2Unrack the bar and stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. 3Brace your core and lower into a squat, fighting the increasing band tension.
  4. 4Descend until your hips drop below knee level.
  5. 5Drive through your heels to stand back up against the bands.
