Barbell Reverse Lunge

How to do it
- 1Stand holding a barbell across your upper back or shoulders.
- 2Step one foot backward into a lunge, lowering your rear knee toward the floor.
- 3Keep your front shin roughly vertical as you descend.
- 4Push through your front heel to return to standing.
- 5Alternate legs or complete all reps on one side before switching.
