Barbell High Incline Bench Press

How to do it

  1. 1Set a bench to a steep incline, around 45 to 60 degrees.
  2. 2Lie back and grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder-width.
  3. 3Unrack the bar and lower it to your upper chest under control.
  4. 4Press the bar back up until your arms are fully extended.
  5. 5Keep your shoulder blades pinned throughout the press.
