Dumbbell Incline Chest Fly

How to do it

  1. 1Set a bench to a 30-45 degree incline and lie back holding a dumbbell in each hand above your chest.
  2. 2Start with arms extended and a slight bend in your elbows.
  3. 3Lower the dumbbells out to the sides in a wide arc.
  4. 4Stop when you feel a stretch across your upper chest.
  5. 5Bring the dumbbells back together above your chest, squeezing at the top.
