Dumbbell Incline Bench Press

How to do it

  1. 1Set a bench to a 30-45 degree incline and lie back holding a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. 2Start with the dumbbells at shoulder height, elbows at about 45 degrees.
  3. 3Press the dumbbells up and slightly in until arms are extended.
  4. 4Lower them back down under control to the sides of your upper chest.
  5. 5Repeat without letting your lower back arch excessively.
