Bodyweight Alternating Lateral Lunge

How to do it
- 1Stand with feet together, hands clasped in front of your chest.
- 2Step one leg out wide to the side, sitting back into that hip.
- 3Keep the other leg straight as you lower into the lateral lunge.
- 4Push off the bent leg to return to standing.
- 5Alternate sides with each rep.

- Keep the straight leg long
- Push off to stand tall
