Bodyweight Alternating Reverse Lunges

How to do it
- 1Stand tall with feet hip-width apart, hands on your hips.
- 2Step one foot back into a lunge, lowering your rear knee toward the floor.
- 3Keep your front shin roughly vertical throughout the descent.
- 4Push through your front heel to return to standing.
- 5Alternate legs with each rep.
