Dumbbell Alternating Forward Lunge

How to do it

  1. 1Stand tall holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
  2. 2Step forward with one leg and lower your hips straight down.
  3. 3Bend both knees to about 90 degrees, keeping your torso upright.
  4. 4Push off your front foot to return to standing.
  5. 5Repeat by stepping forward with the opposite leg.
