How to do it

  1. 1Hinge forward at the hips holding a dumbbell in each hand, knees slightly bent.
  2. 2Keep your back flat and let your arms hang straight down.
  3. 3Brace your core to keep your torso still.
  4. 4Row both dumbbells up toward your hips, driving your elbows back.
  5. 5Lower the dumbbells back down under control and repeat.
