Front-Foot-Elevated Split Squat

How to do it

  1. 1Stand in a split stance with your front foot on a low platform.
  2. 2Keep your torso upright and core braced.
  3. 3Lower your back knee toward the floor by bending both knees.
  4. 4Descend until your front thigh is roughly parallel to the floor.
  5. 5Push through your front heel to return to standing.
  6. 6Finish all reps, then switch legs.
