How to do it

  1. 1Set a bench to a slight incline and lie back holding kettlebells at shoulder height.
  2. 2Keep your wrists stacked over your elbows.
  3. 3Press the kettlebells up and slightly back toward your head.
  4. 4Avoid letting the kettlebells drift or rotate.
  5. 5Lower them back to shoulder height under control.
