Dumbbell Incline Curl

How to do it

  1. 1Set a bench to about 45-60 degrees and sit back against it, a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. 2Let your arms hang straight down behind the plane of your torso.
  3. 3Keep your upper arms still throughout the movement.
  4. 4Curl the dumbbells up toward your shoulders, squeezing your biceps.
  5. 5Lower back down slowly to a full stretch and repeat.

  • Arms hang behind you
  • Full stretch each rep
  • No swinging
