Dumbbell Incline Hammer Curl

How to do it

  1. 1Set a bench to about 45-60 degrees and sit back against it, a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing in.
  2. 2Let your arms hang straight down behind the plane of your torso.
  3. 3Keep your upper arms still throughout.
  4. 4Curl the dumbbells up toward your shoulders with a neutral grip.
  5. 5Lower back down slowly to a full stretch and repeat.
